Ruby, a first year business student completed a marketing project on Blackthorn Bakery as part of their class work. Blackthorn Bakery were so impressed with her work that they delivered cupcakes for all the class to have during their last business class last week. Well done Ruby and thanks to Blackthorn Bakery.
