Thanks to the Science Department for organising a hugely successful Science Week. Activities included; lunchtime physics games, whereby students got to grips with Newton’s Laws of Motion, by using balloon rocket racers, obstacle courses, pin the heart on the circulatory system and paper aeroplane races. Physics and Maths students also received a talk from Alcon Ireland Engineers, including past pupil, Éabha Wall and some students even got to visit MSD Brinny. It has been an exciting week, where students have learned scientific concepts in a fun, yet educational way!
