We are very proud of our former student, Julie Callanan, a PhD student at APC Microbiome Ireland and UCC. Julie is currently working with a team that is developing ways to fight resistance to antibiotics. She graduated in 2013 and credits her former Maths and Biology teachers for her interest in research.
