St Brigid”s day signals an end to the darkness of winter and ushers in a new season of hope and growth. Today, we welcomed Rita McCabe of CEIST to celebrate with us during our Lá Ceiliúradh prayer service. The service brought the light of spring to our school as our CEIST candle was lit to mark this day, reminding us of our country’s female patron Saint.
