Caoimhe O’ Shea , along with her sister, Saoirse O’ Shea, began volunteering with Jack and Friends Centre for Autism as part of her Gasice activities. Jack & Friends is entirely run by volunteers with no staff or founders receiving payments for the work they do on a daily basis to support families and their children.
The Centre is a non-government funded service and relies solely on fundraising and donations to remain open.
During the summer a 10Km Fundraising campaign was organised. Caoimhe and Saoirse took part in this campaign and raised €1070 for the Centre.
