Our Junior Hockey team advanced to a Munster league semi-final today after a hard fought win over Sacred Heart Clonakilty. Normal time finished stalemate, meaning shuttles were needed to separate the teams. Our goalkeeper, Siobhan O Halloran, performed superbly as she saved six of the seven shuttles. Five brave players Ava, Eve, Molly, Romy and Kate stood up to the test as Coláiste ran out 2-1 winners after a winning shuttle from Kate Fleming decided the shootout. Well done to all the team, on what was a thrilling match!
