Yesterday, sisters Leila and Ruby Cummins, along with Fiona O’Brien, represented our school, Coláiste na Toirbhirte, in the Munster Track and Field schools athletics event in Castleisland.
Ruby placed 2nd in her long jump event and 1st in the 100m hurdles in the senior age group.
Leila came away with gold and a Munster record hammer throw of 59.11m in the intermediate group.
Fiona placed 2nd in the Junior Girls 100m Sprint.
A huge performance from all three girls, well done.
