Today, our school was honoured by a visit from Bishop Fintan, who led a meaningful prayer service for our school community. The service was a moment of reflection and connection, with the bishop offering words of wisdom and encouragement. The Music department also contributed to the atmosphere, playing beautiful, uplifting music that enhanced the sacredness of the event. We were also joined by Bandon parish priests, Fr. Bart and Fr. Newman, Sr. Angela from the Presentation sisters and our Chairperson of the Board, Dr. Margaret O’ Donovan.

Bishop Fintan expressed his admiration for our students during the service today. He remarked on how impressed he was by the way the students were fully engaged throughout the prayer service, listening attentively and participating with sincerity. Well done to all.

Thank you to the RE and Music departments for organising such a beautiful and meaningful service today and Ms Hall, Home Economics teacher and students, for the delicious refreshments.
